Ollin’s Athletic Performance programs are a multi-faceted approach to improving an athletes overall athletic ability. The intention of each program is to improve the athlete’s movement efficiency, work capacity, power output, speed, change of direction, and strength. Programs are designed with each individual’s sport, position, and specific needs in mind.

FOUNDATION

AGES 8 – 12

Our Foundation Program is specifically designed to build a strong foundation for athletic movements in children aged 8-12. With our comprehensive workouts, we prioritize skill development, strength training, agility drills, and coordination exercises tailored to their age group. Our coaches understand the unique needs of young athletes and foster a safe and encouraging environment for growth.

The Foundation class is 1x/week: Every Thursday at 4 PM, and our class time ranges between 45-60 minutes.

ADVANCED

7TH – 10TH GRADE

Our Advanced Program is for our athletes in 7th grade through 10th grade. The Advanced Program is specifically designed to build upon the foundational athletic movements and is designed to empower young athletes with the skills, strength, speed, power and agility that they have already developed. In the Advanced Program, we take their athletic ability to the next level by emphasizing the utmost quality in their movements, ensuring they reach peak performance needed to excel in their chosen sports and reach their full athletic potential.

The Advanced class is available 3x/week: Every Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday at 4 PM, and our class time ranges between 60-90 minutes.

ELITE

HIGH SCHOOL & COLLEGIATE

Our Elite Program is for our High School (11th & 12th Grade) and Collegiate athletes seeking to reach the pinnacle of their athletic abilities. The Elite Program optimizes all phases of sprinting and multidirectional speed, strength and stability, conditioning, rotational power, recovery, and injury risk reduction.  Our elite workouts offer a comprehensive training regimen centered around refined athletic movements, tailored to optimize your performance.  We emphasize a holistic approach to training, focusing not only on physical conditioning but also on mental fortitude, injury prevention, and sports-specific strategies. Whether you’re a high school athlete looking to earn a college scholarship or a collegiate athlete aiming to dominate your sport, our performance training program is the ultimate catalyst for achieving your athletic aspirations.

The Elite class is available 3x/week: Every Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday at 1 PM for 1 hour. 

For Elite GOLD Members, class is available 4x/week: Every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday at 1 PM, and our class time ranges between 60-90 minutes.

Our Adult Fit Program is designed exclusively for everyday adults who aspire to elevate their fitness levels, maintain optimal health, build strength, and unlock their true potential. The Adult Fit Program offers a comprehensive array of dynamic athletic movements meticulously crafted to enhance your endurance & strength, and empower you to live a vibrant, healthy lifestyle. Our workouts are expertly designed to cater to all fitness levels, whether you’re a beginner taking your first steps towards a fitter you or an experienced individual striving to reach new heights. Our holistic approach focuses not only on transforming your physical fitness but also on fostering mental resilience and cultivating a positive mindset. We believe that being the best version of yourself encompasses more than just physical strength, it embodies a well-rounded sense of confidence, energy, and overall well-being.

Our Pro Program is for Professional athletes seeking to reach the pinnacle of their athletic abilities. We combine the latest advancements in sports science with years of experience in training professional athletes, ensuring that every session is geared towards maximizing your athletic potential. Our Pro workouts offer a comprehensive training regimen centered in refining your athletic sport-skill movements specific to your position. The Pro Program includes access to Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy for peak performance and recovery. Our integrated medical & sports performance teams provide a holistic approach to your well-being.

OFF COURT: We are adding a Basketball Class this summer! This class focuses not only on basketball related movements but also on the full scope of athletic performance training. 

The Youth Basketball Class is available 3x/week:

  • Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday at 12:45 PM

Our class duration is 60 minutes

ON COURT: These sessions focus on developing your skills on the court. 

The Basketball Skills Class is available 5x/week:

  • Monday – Thursday from 2 PM – 4 PM
  • Friday 1 PM – 3 PM

Our class duration is 2 hours
