HIGH SCHOOL & COLLEGIATE
Our Elite Program is for our High School (11th & 12th Grade) and Collegiate athletes seeking to reach the pinnacle of their athletic abilities. The Elite Program optimizes all phases of sprinting and multidirectional speed, strength and stability, conditioning, rotational power, recovery, and injury risk reduction. Our elite workouts offer a comprehensive training regimen centered around refined athletic movements, tailored to optimize your performance. We emphasize a holistic approach to training, focusing not only on physical conditioning but also on mental fortitude, injury prevention, and sports-specific strategies. Whether you’re a high school athlete looking to earn a college scholarship or a collegiate athlete aiming to dominate your sport, our performance training program is the ultimate catalyst for achieving your athletic aspirations.
The Elite class is available 3x/week: Every Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday at 1 PM for 1 hour.
For Elite GOLD Members, class is available 4x/week: Every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday at 1 PM, and our class time ranges between 60-90 minutes.
